Application
The Trust Leadership School Program is a special leadership program, held twice a year under the mentorship of high-level instructors. A total of 30 young people, 20 permanent and 10 substitute, are selected for each training program
Before the early stage training, reading and preparation materials will be sent to the selected participants. These readings must be completed before the program.
During the selection process or in the early stage Training, participants who state that they cannot spare time, who have low motivation or do not participate actively in the program, agree that the program organizer may ask them to leave the program. In such a case, the program fee paid by the participant is not refundable.
In order for the individuals who can benefit from the trainings and programs to show high efficiency both individually and institutionally, special attention is paid in the selection of the participants.
The application is made in 3 steps.
Step 1: Filling the Online Application Form, preparing and sending the Motivation Letter and CV
Application Form
- The application form can be filled in Turkish or in English.
- Motivation Letter and CV should be prepared in Turkish.
- In your motivation letter, you are expected to answer the question "What is your motivation and reason for participating in the Trust Leadership School Program ?"
- You should prepare your motivation letter with a maximum of 1 page.
- You must upload your CV and Motivation Letter in PDF format to the relevant section in the form.
Step 2: Online Interview (It will be held in English with those who meet the application requirements and who are selected on the short list.)
Step 3: Payment and Final Enrollment
Program Participation Fee
Program participation fee is 4000 Euros. This fee covers face-to-face training, full use of the E-Learning platform for once and support service during mentorship.
During the face-to-face training program, hotel accommodation, meals, field visits and other related expenses are included in this fee.
The fee does not include transportation and all participants are expected to purchase their flight and train tickets.
Scholarship Application
In the Trust Leadership School Program, a certain number of participants are provided with a scholarship each semester. This scholarship is provided to the participants who stand out with their leadership abilities and who have the ability to lead their society in the future and today. The accommodation, transportation, food and education fees of the participants who receive the scholarship are covered by the organizers and no participation fee is requested from them.
Participants who want to apply for scholarship must state this in the application form.

The draft dates of the scheduled programs are below. The dates for the program are in draft form and may vary slightly. Never receive your transportation ticket before the official announcement that you have been accepted into the program has reached you.
