Trust Leadership School Program is implemented in order to support young-adults to be qualified and experienced individuals with strong social identities in their regions. The program is planned with a scheme in which the learning process continues individually after the trainings, while ensuring that young people participate in interactive trainings. In this way, participant young people will be supported to take an active role as “leaders” in their regions.
The program consists of 3 separate stages, which are the continuation of each other. The content and quality of the program was created with a system that follows the young people from the very beginning to the end of the process. For young people participating in one-on-one training, opportunities are provided to realize their knowledge through practices and reach different groups. The systematic structure that separates Trust Leadership School from other programs provides sustainable learning with the progressive trainings offered by the program.
Participants selected for this program are part of a program consisting of 3 stages and completes these 3 stages respectively.
It is the primary education of the Leadership Program.
In this 7-day training, the participants will able to learn the basic concepts of advocacy, governance and leadership, and they improve their qualifications in these areas with interactive practices.
With the early stage training, conceptual information will be conveyed to the participants, scenarios will be given to strengthen their ability to work with the team, and they will gain experience in case analysis and crisis management. During the trainings, related examples and scenarios both from Turkey and Europe will be presented.
Early stage is a training using non-formal training techniques and inventories developed to activate participants.
In the selection of the participants, it is important to have people who can influence their environment or take the lead at the organization /institution/community they are volunteers with.

1-Interactive Presentations
You will have the opportunity to listen to interactive, participatory presentations from the most competent experts in the field on various topics within the program.
2-Case Analysis
You will be part of the case studies implemented in the leadership programs and trainings conducted by world-renowned schools and institutions.
3-Simulation and Modeling
You will try to solve unique scenarios in simulation and modeling studies, which is the most effective method to understand a situation or issue.
4- Field Visits
You will visit the relevant international institutions, NGOs and centers with examples of good practice
2-Group Studies
During the program, you will develop an idea with a group that will be determined from the first day and present it on the last day of the program.

E-Learning Platform is an online training tool specially designed for the participants of Trust Leadership School Program. Participants who complete one-on-one training are expected to develop themselves on specific topics through the online platform. E-Learning Platform contains different contents such as dramatization, video narration, task completion, infographic, quiz and webinar.
Platform users will not only learn about the topics, but also complete the tasks they will perform in-depth applications.

Participants who successfully complete the first 2 stages of the Trust Leadership School Program are taken to the mentorship program that will last 3 months. During this period, they receive mentorship from experts and well-known individuals within their own fields, and receive direct guidance for the development of the campaign, activities and studies as well as for the organization, community, association or foundation processes they plan to carry out during the program.
This part of the program lasts 3 months in total and the participants who complete their planned activities or preparatory phase at the end of this period are included in the network named Trust Alumni by obtaining a certificate.
